Couple DPs from the Reddit thread mentioned UA already aware of this issue and working on refunding folks who got affected, expecting a refund in a week.
I filed a CC dispute online anyway, to log the incident and have Amex investigate on UA.

shdflyer , only if you still have TB fund in the wallet. No where to locate activity history if TB fund is zero in my case.
