It's been annoying me also, seeing this lazy delivery. The hot entrees are posted onto the trays whilst in the galley. Now, even if they posted them like this for ease, once they remove the tray from the trolley it should have had items manouvered around and delivered to the customer with the entree dish presented horizontally. What makes it worse, is that on the LGW 777's, the WTP cabin has dedicated crew to deliver the service and so this is even more slap-dash. It's not like the galley operator is having to prep all these and the worry about continuing the prep for the remaining World Traveller cabin. Anyway, rant over.
