I've been trying to transfer my Hawaiian miles to AS but I am getting an error page (https://storefront.points.com/mileag...exchange/error) every time I try to log in using the given link (https://storefront.points.com/mileag.../lps?lpId=2053). I've been trying for a few weeks now.

Any ideas why? My name is the same on both accounts, both accounts are active, and I am able to log in to HA and AS individually on their respective websites.
