Last year all my WN flights were packed. Now on most routes only the peak days are packed. Most other days Im seeing 50-60% full. On my most recent Monday flight LAS-SFO I changed same day using standby and there were 80+ open seats when I entered standby and still 70+ by the time boarding happened. I guess thats what happens when you keep fares high even with so many open seats.
