Spouse's account locked/frozen possibly fraud

Was trying to book a redemption flight with my spouse's account and kept getting login error for the longest time. After calling, I feel it was locked due to suspected fraud.. They wouldnt directly say it but all the info they ask (passport, copies of itineary, etc) seems like for fraud verification.

Not surprised at this because we've never had a single paid ticket on her account, and different last name. Anyone dealt with this and know how long it takes after they get all the docs?

We either transfer miles from my IML account (for her to book by herself) or booked as second passenger thru my account. My miles come from either paid EVA booking or Citibank mileage transfers
