I called Global Services, which contacted Mileage Plus and relayed that Mileage Plus has been getting calls about many of these, plus messages about standby lists and other things. This is amazing phishing, if it is that, because everything is coming from legitimate United accounts and looks very real.

If you get something like this, look twice and be careful!
Are you certain it was a phishing attempt? What information was requested from you?

I've gotten meal vouchers apparently as a mistake for a flight with no delay posted. I went ahead and spent one with no issue, and I didn't need to give any credentials or other info to access it.

( Ironically, the flight ultimately did delay a couple hours, but United managed to void the other vouchers before I could spend them during the delay. Maybe karma for my spending it before it was "due". )
