Granted, the airport there has only been open an a year or so but the flights of FX and SV are in all the GDSs. I called Aeroplan and could not even get the guy I was speaking with to understand my dilemma. Can anyone shed any light on the issue I am dealing with ? Thanks!
Are you seeing non-direct routings to RSI? When I try to search, RSI doesn't even come up as a recognized airport, which isn't totally shocking considering it's barely been open a year.

FWIW, the only other major airline flying to RSI is (Skyteam member) Saudia, and their partners Delta, KLM and Air France also don't yet recognize RSI.

If you call back in, I would suggest asking who you can speak to about getting a "new city pair" recognized, using exactly that term. A front-line agent is almost certainly going to be unable to help you, but they may be able to escalate it to the correct humans.
