All above said, assuming your inbound lands on time at LGA, you will still have plenty of time even with some traffic tie up.
I’ve sat in traffic between LGA and JFK countless times, and even though it has felt like a 2-hour trip at times, in reality I don’t think it has ever taken longer than 45 minutes. I’m sure someone has a one-time-so-band-camp story of a multi-car pileup causing more significant delays, but 30-45 minutes absolutely is the norm, even with rush hour traffic (and, yes, it always feels like rush hour!).
