Scam vouchers from fake "United"?
I just received a text and email from united for two meal vouchers (of the single use credit card type) for a trip I completed yesterday. It was very weird because everything came from United, the Confirmation Number was for a real trip, and the meal vouchers look real, but (a) there were two vouchers for "everyone on the trip" and there was actually just me and (b) I completed the trip without issue. I called Global Services, which contacted Mileage Plus and relayed that Mileage Plus has been getting calls about many of these, plus messages about standby lists and other things. This is amazing phishing, if it is that, because everything is coming from legitimate United accounts and looks very real.
If you get something like this, look twice and be careful!
