Which one would you choose? I know there probably isn't a huge difference. I'm mainly concerned about the seats.

I definitely prefer Swiss but haven't flown with them long haul before. I've flown long haul with Lufthansa once before on the 747-400 and it was fine.

From looking at AeroLOPA, the seat pitch is identical (31") but the Swiss seats are 17.1" instead of 17.3" in Lufthansa. Swiss also have a few rows with 35" pitch apparently.
