I am pretty sure your "Seatmap unavailable" flights are in Economy Class and operated by A220-300
If you search your booking on the website and choose your seats there everything will be fine... at least it was with me.
B777/A350 in Premium, A220 A320 E190 in C all work fine in the app but no A220 in Y.
A300flyer is offline
