A few years ago sitting in Honolulu on an Omni 767 while they fixed the engine, I realized a bare foot had emerged from somewhere and was resting on the back my armrest against the wall. As I don't have Tarantino inclinations it got a sharp "accidental" jab from my elbow, it went back to wherever it came from. The above picture is disgusting and reminds me to give the screen a good wipe with sanitizer.
If you are that worried about it you should wipe the screen down regardless. What you might get from an IFE screen that someone placed their stockinged feet on would be far less serious than what you might pick up by someone sneezing or coughing on it.
