I am no fan of Hertz, but I have a much higher percentage of bogus damage claims from Sixt - three in the past two years, which is about 40% of my Sixt rentals. In each case they backed down only after I provided photo/video evidence I was not responsible for the damage.

These unfounded damage claims seem to be an intentional business practice.
