For anyone still having issues with retro claims, do try manually entering the numbers rather than pasting them. May have been a coincidence but think this unlocked my problem with aeromexico. Either that or the database just had an update.
Very interesting. I think something has been updated. I've been typing my number in, so I don't think that's what's going on, but now when I try to claim it's as though I hadn't claimed before. The language about them being in the process of verifying my claim has disappeared as has the language about no points having been claimed. In my account my prior claim still says "New".
It has reverted back to being in the process and to no points having been claimed.
