Now if they want to reward my Gold status, how about offering a free coffee at the point I was about to pay for one?

Don’t get me wrong, I don’t mind Champagne, but it was 0730 local and they didn’t seem to have any caviar to pair it with.

If anyone can explain what I’m doing wrong, I’m all ears.
In Y I’ve declined the offer of a complimentary drink from the bar but added that I’d love a tea/coffee and it’s always been delivered in a CE mug with biscuits 😀
