Is the only option now the live chat for changing the FF number on BA reservations? Royal Jordanian will pull up the reservation but there is nowhere to clear out or change the FF number.
I too tried RAM. Tried twice and both times I received an email from them advising not able to process request.
Jumped on chat and had it done in less than 15 minutes.
The booking in BAs MMB now says add number and provides link to click through. On doing so it takes me to a page that is preloaded with the new QR PC number and a submit button. So it looks like it is in there, but not absolutely certain it has taken. I’ll check again in a day or so and report back any further anomalies.
