I noticed an interesting upguage on BA287 LHR-SFO 12/01/2025 - this route has been served by B77W exclusively for over a year but on Sunday the equipment was switched to A388 - so BA used two A380's for both the SFO flights that day. The outbound and return flight (BA286) on the 16th are scheduled for the A388 too. These dates coincide with the JP Morgan Healthcare conference in San Francisco (Jan 13th - 16th) so I am guessing they may have done this because of increased demand on those dates - how plausible is this? The reason I ask is that I am scheduled to fly the same route on Jan 31st and am looking forward to trying the club suite. I know from April they are reverting the A380's for both flights on this route so not sure that is relevant also. TIV!
