Does anyone have experience with getting merchant credits from multiple portals (different loyalty programs, but same customer name, maybe even credit card) when the terms restrict payouts to one per loyalty number? In theory purchasing via different portals should not be a violation, but I don’t know that the merchant even gets the loyalty number to do a verification, so are rules such as

“Eligible on one (1) subscription per loyalty account member.” (Blue Apron)

enforced by Cartera? Or would merchants use name/address/credit card as factors to detect “duplicates” ?
