Two more imporant points to add - 1. CX crew would not forcefully wake you up for breakfast if you are asleep, 2. eyeshield and earplugs are provided in you amenity kit.

So if you value sleep, just wear the eyeshield and earplugs. Then you wouldn't be waken up by the lights or the noises of everyone having breakfast. You can wake up like 30min to landing then ask the crew for an express breakfast (they still willing to serve you full breakfast 40min to landing, later than that maybe they would give you some pastries).

If you want lots of food, I assume you would wake up early. Since the crew would skip the pax still sleeping, you would be among the first to be served. Then just ask for another portion of breakfast and/or all day snacks and/or cup noodles from EY. They should keep your mouth busy and your stomach full LOL
