I clicked on the Change Flights tab and it looks like I will be charged additional miles to change to the JFK-CDG-FCO itinerary in Premium Select, although it's obviously not my wish to do so. Is this indeed the case that I have to pay extra for a worse flight because they involuntarily downgraded me?
