T, A, B, C, D-dungeon all have stairs and elevators. You can also count F in because the gates are a level down. But none of that matters because you have to take stairs or an elevator to get to any of the gates other than T or F if you happen to enter on those sides.
If escalators meet these people's requirements, then F and the bottom part of A-centerpoint are options. But I agree, if you're insisting on no elevation changes you shouldn't be traveling at all
