Unfortunately, the Wiki is rather out of date. I believe there was a promo when the EveryMile card was first launched which brought overseas spend to that level for the first certain amount per month, but it appears no longer to be the case.

In general most credit card rewards seem to have decreased significantly over the last couple of years. The Wiki is in serious need of an update - I edited a couple of points on HSBC that I am sure about, but it needs percysmith or some other guru to give it a thorough revision.
