Supposedly everyone who flew in June 2004 is potentially on the latest list. Being on the list is no longer an isolated occurence to the point where TSA has to acutally mention this in a link on their web site. Being on the list is becoming standard operating procedure.
My guess is that the ultra sophisticated Secure Flight Program is nothing more than a single Unix command:
