I would caution with the concept of saying that "all" places outside of BA now work on this premise. Does this place in Cafayate have properly/clearly posted signs with this policy....?
Im thinking that this may get taken up with regulators..... I would go ahead and name the place - nothing wrong with that.

What this means in practical terms is you're going to need more cash than you might think you need. And it's not so easy to get Blue Rate cash outside of BA. I'm headed back to Salta and will ask my host if he knows a place that does the exchange. Otherwise, my next stop is Mendoza and, last year, I found a couple of places that did this currency exchange (at less favorable rates than in BA).
