Involuntary downgrade without warning when I go to check in
I had booked Premium Select on SkyMiles for JFK-FCO January 14, and I had seat 20C.
I went to check in now, and I have seat 43C. This was changed without warning, with no offer of compensation.

I am waiting to chat with a representive. What should I do?
