made two $100 purchases for the United travel bank on Jan 1, 2025. Both on my Amex Plat Morgan Stanley and my wife's Amex Platinum Charles Schwab and neither have been reimbursed as of Jan 13. We have had United selected as our airline since 2023. Confirmed that it was remained United before we purchased the travel banks. Anyone had any issues not getting reimbursed. It has been 12 days (Jan 1st purchase and no reimbursement as of Jan 13). They were $100 charges x 2 on both cards. No credit yet!
