I've been trying to get confirmation from the twitter team re our end of March stay that's still active. Hotel won't respond to them or their requests to contact us. Twitter team finally says- you should probably cancel or find other lodging. Um, that's it? I should cancel my own stay? No accountability or service from Hilton or the resort? Mind boggling.
Of note, it seems Tripadvisor reviews are active and I think it's entirely appropriate for guests to voice the service failures of the resort.
Wait. So guests are already staying at this place and writing reviews? I thought it was nowhere near being done??
