Thanks again great info, and it does indeed look like it would be less expensive to change the work ticket to ICN only and buy Prestige out of pocket from ICN to BKK R/T on a separate ticket.
This is what I ended up doing: A DL PE upgraded to D1 for the SLC-ICN and paid out of pocket for a Prestige KE RT ICN-HKT. Worked out to be the best total out of pocket to ensure D1/Prestige.
