Starwood used to have specialized luxury agents but I've never heard of this with Hyatt.
Also, I've been told that suite upgrades book into any standard suite without inventory restrictions *except* if one is paying for the standard room with points, which requires that the agent contact the hotel for permission to confirm the suite upgrade---and the agent does this, not the Glob customer.
Why OP is traveling is not WOH's (or the individual agent's) business
