while the service of the flight was a really, really bad. There was an equipment change coming from JFK so flight was delayed and they have to adjust seats and I understand that makes it difficult. They said the had all pre-ordered meals set but then i had to wait to make sure they had mine. Then didnt offer to re-fill my wine with my meal and when i asked for a refill i felt they were angry. This was a day flight to JFK so expected some good service to make up for not being in the originally purchases D1 suites.
