Tried again to reclaim his flight that previously listed successful but didn't give points. This time received the message "We're already in the process of verifying this flight". Guess its time to send direct emails, will have to send them for both our VN and AM flights. Sending an email because it seems the claim a phone agent submitted doesn't really exist...
