Hear hear! Because of the changes AC has made to their emails confirming the booking, I end up attaching an 11page pdf to my expense claims (my employer uses Concur). It used to be a couple of pages.

Much as I despise Westjet (but am forced to use them to get to YYC because AC abandoned ship) this is one of the few things they do better in that each booking confirmation has a neat and tidy "Receipt" attached as a seperate pdf.

Surely a one page pdf wouldn't be hard to generate
