Oh that was me on the same route, same class on Dec 20th. I waited for a few days and heard nothing from AM so after 8 days, I did a retro claim with SAS and got the same message. Still nothing since Dec 28.
I did the CUN-MIA route on Dec 24th with my dad, his retroclaim listed success but he hasn't received any points, mine credited to delta even though I confirmed at the check-in desk that my SAS # was on the booking :/
