Exit rows are the best. Check whether there is a seat missing in row 9, if there is, then row 10 window is the best. istr that there could be another config for the 733 which doesnt have a missing seat in which case the exit row is the best ( aisle or window depending on your preference )

If seating is still open for the flight you can. You cannot ( unless you have a QF Platinum membership ) get the exit row allocated in advance.
