Yes... That falls into number 3 after ATC, of course, but only when #1 and #2 are done.

Looks like the descent started at 58 minutes and they leveled off 9 minutes later. Then run emergency check lists and ATC vectors the plane for the landing. Even if they had the time or desire, flight crew were likely wearing oxygen masks so talking on the intercom would be inaudible to anyone.

In cases like this, I'm fine with the crew concentrating on getting the aircraft safely on the ground and telling me afterwards. No need to add any more to their workload.
