Which is how Ryanair and Wizz can keep filling the planes while actively going out of the way to step on their customers' toes.
Especially when people see flying as a chore. So they don't care about the experience and what happens when these lcc goes irrops.
It's like an ex-crew for a lcc in Asia said to me when I was asking her about what's like to work for a lcc (she was working in a hotel at that time), " people complain about us like crazy but then they keep coming back because we are the cheapest".
