- How are the rooms? Not massive, but more than adequate for a single stayer or a couple of nights for a couple

- What was good and what was bad?

Good: Staff; food; bar; location ( one of the safest in London); transport; rooms; toiletries.

Bad: Nothing ( but no business space to hold a private meeting)

- Did you get club lounge access? How was the lounge? N/A

- What about welcome drinks, welcome amenities or any other special perks? Drink on voucher; prosecco in room plus welcome note and nibbles

- Value for $ or Vouchers? Would you return? For London...absolutely
