If you submitted expense receipts you have two claims - an expense reimbursement claim and a flight disruption claim. They may not be responded to on the same day. Sometimes you will get one before the other. So if they only responded to the expense claim, that's fine, wait for the flight disruption claim to be responded to before getting all worked up.
