Their site and app are both broken for me right now. Site works until I try to login. Then sends code... then I get: Sorry, an unexpected technical error occurred. Please try again later or contact the KLM Customer Contact Centre.

Last year it took me weeks to sort out an error their site kept giving me with my FB #.

Their web stuff is really bad. Imagine the money just flying away...
