This gets asked in lots of places in this forum, so ideally we should make this a wiki question to make it a bit easier to get the info 🙃

What most people do is change to their EBG number on the boarding pass to enter the lounge, and then change it again when they exit the lounge and before they board (either in the app or at the gate).

I can't vouch for the method myself because I status in both already, but maybe someone who has recently done it can confirm.
