I've got a claim from the end of Nov and another one from the beginning of Dec that have been sitting there in my "customer claims" the entire time, status hasn't changed on anything other than my name change request.

During xmas, I tried to suibmit another retroclaim and got the "successful" message, but no points have posted in the last 14 days.

It's now just a very long waiting game.

For me, GA were the worst airline to deal with on this entire challenge. The gate staff were unwilling to help me add my EBG number, insisting that I go back out to the check-in desks.

Good luck to all that are still waiting!
Good to know they could see it. Are you saying that around christmas the message you got was the "your claim is successful" one? But didn't get the points? That is an ongoing issue it seems but I was never even able to get that far. My VS claim just asks for more info via a manual claim, my GA one never even gets off the ground, it just says in red across the top like "there's a problem" and then in the flight details "no miles were claimed for this flight". And here we sit lol

I've really never had much in the way of issues with Aeroplan, Asiana, Krisflyer or ANA. Even in times where I specifically didn't attach a FF number on my BP so that I could double dip sort of by using existing lounge access but claiming to another program, like NH gives 30% for some low cost LH fares IIRC, no one else does, I ended up racking up like 12,000 miles or something with them over time, burned it on a hotel stay which I then flaked on. But the point is I'd never really had any issues. Meanwhile I've got a couple issues stuck with SK and to a much lesser extent a CX flight that should've given me some nominal miles to my AS account like late Nov, I had the AS number attached, nothing, I did the retro claim, still nothing.

That's good, hopefully for every person they kinda take off the board, they can get to the next one. That said it seems like a lot of people have 16 airlines (not me) and have 1 in limbo, so while those miles aren't significant to the promotion, they'll still have to deal with all those claims to make sure people are whole. We'll see how long it takes before the next batch of congratulatory emails is sent out.
