Nothing on BA31 to HKG in J the other day, not that I particularly care, but embarrassing in contrast to my connecting flight on CX in PE, where the IFL came to check on me at least twice, took my order for food first (despite being in the back row), brought me slippers and asked if I needed anything else etc etc.

I'm looking forward to having a bit more freedom to mix & match my airlines away from the BA ecosystem. You know you've got a problem when CX' soft product wipes the floor with BA's J, even without the gold status.
