My wife and I flew on Air Baltic A220-300s AGP—RIX and RIX—ARN eight days ago. There were departure delays on both flights, but no other difficulties. There was no USB power or WiFi, but other than that, the economy seats were no worse than others. There was only one lav for everyone behind the curtain, so there were lines for essentially the entire 4+ hour flight up from AGP.

No points have been awarded yet, but I have no idea if or when we will fly with them again, and they aren't part of any alliance that I am aware of, so I'm not too worried.
