Data point - Submitted my first ever BPG clam over the weekend. It was rejected initially because my screenshot didn't show adequate info (like the number of people staying in the room). I replied to point out that this info was all clearly visible in my screenshot, so they came back instead with another rejection on the grounds that the screenshot didn't include the date it was taken.

3-4 emails back and forward arguing that the screenshot includes the date (and time) in the filename and in the file creation date, but they insisted the screenshot image itself must include the date and time displayed on the computer screen.

And, of course, the reply from CS was just past the 24 hour point, so I was unable to go and take another screenshot.

At least I know for next time.
