Supplemental question - if Mrs RC and I want to travel, but it's her voucher, does it have to be her that calls up and books or can I do it as part of the same household?

Its probably going to end up being one of those 'book outbound at 355 days out then inbound later' situations which I think can only be done by phone, and believe me, it will be a LOT less hassle if I'm the one sorting it out.
