The actual ticket does not reflect the elite baggage allowance: the extra bag is added at check-in, but only if checking in with a SkyTeam airline (just as we have regular threads about people with DL credit cards that grant +1 luggage complaining when flying back from Europe and AFKL don't give them the free bag even though the flight was booked through DL etc.).
1. On AFKL booking details, the luggage allowance actually includes elite benefit (ST elite or AFKL elite). Other elite benefits are also shown (such as lounge access).
2. About Delta credit benefits, when you check in with a non-Delta airlines, such airlines are not obligated to manually honor your Delta credit card benefit, unless your Delta booking details actually show you are entitled to additional luggage allowance (because of whatever reason).
