I booked a premium econonmy flight on iberia.com today. I guess the plane is technically operated by Level?

I chose the Comfort option primarily so I could select my seats as seen below. I then get asked to pay $54 per person to select my seat.

I called customer service and they also wanted to charge me $54. I told them my fare included seat selection and they confirmed that to be true.

They then told me I needed to go to the Level website to choose my seat. I tried but Level can't find my reservation.

Then the guy said I should wait until 48 hours before the flight to select my seat.

Any idea how I can get this resolved?
