You have to show your BP during boarding and they tell you where to go. And in J they will usually welcome you by name when they come to take your drink and meal order, so it's not credible under any circumstance that you managed to end up in a wrong seat (at the same time as someone who was booked in J accidentally sat in Economy without noticing for hours).
