With QR marketed and operated flights, they can be purchased through JetBlue among other partners, the ticket stock doesn't matter, just the marketing and operating airline.
Correct. I assumed the OP meant these are B6 flight numbers (marketed by B6) operated by QR (operated by QR). The original post was a bit unclear.
