OK; if you're not especially tall, the standard Coach seats should be OK. Just note that the standard Economy seat pitch on Iberia long-haul is 31"; the same is true of Iberia's "Level" subsidiary, which appears to be operating the BCN-SFO flight. I would double-check to see whether you are entitled to any oneworld benefits when flying on an Iberia flight operated by Level.
